(1) In this Division—
advanced RCG endorsement—see clause 53(1)(c).
RCG endorsement—see clause 53(1).
refresher RCG endorsement—see clause 53(1)(b).
responsible gambling board oversight training means training about the role and responsibilities of board members and directors in providing appropriate oversight in relation to the responsible conduct of gambling provided—
(a) by an approved training provider, or
(b) by or on behalf of the Secretary.
RSA endorsement means a recognised competency card endorsement (other than an RCG endorsement) within the meaning of Part 5 of the Liquor Regulation 2018.
standard RCG endorsement—see clause 53(1)(a).
(2) For the purposes of this Division, an RCG endorsement is current if it has not yet expired.
