#### 50L Gambling incident registers—duty of employees to record 50L Gambling incident registers—duty of employees to record > > (1) An employee of a hotel or registered club who has responsibilities for the conduct of gaming must, as soon as practicable but no later than 24 hours after observing a reportable gambling incident, record the following details in the hotel’s or registered club’s gambling incident register— > > > > > (a) details of the incident the employee observed, and > > > > > (b) details of any action taken by the employee. > > > (2) However, an employee is not required to record details of the incident if the details have been recorded in the register by another employee who observed the incident.
