#### 155 Transitional—Gaming Machines and Liquor Amendment (Harm Minimisation Measures) Regulation 2024—RCG training providers 155 Transitional—Gaming Machines and Liquor Amendment (Harm Minimisation Measures) Regulation 2024—RCG training providers > > (1) This clause applies to an approval for an RCG training provider under clause 58(1) that— > > > > > (a) was renewed on 30 June 2024, or > > > > > (b) ceased to have effect on 30 June 2024. > > > (2) For the first renewal of an approval after its renewal on 30 June 2024, the Secretary may grant the renewal to the RCG training provider without an application or the payment of a fee as required under clause 58. > > > (3) For an approval that ceased to have effect on 30 June 2024, the Secretary may grant an approval to the same RCG training provider for the same courses under the same terms as the ceased approval without an application or the payment of a fee as required under clause 58. > > **cl 155:** Ins 2024 (250), Sch 1\[35\].
