#### 144 Exclusion of Sydney CBD from definition of “retail shopping centre” 144 Exclusion of Sydney CBD from definition of “retail shopping centre” > > (1) A retail shopping centre that fronts onto any part of the boundary specified in Schedule 2 (Sydney Central Business District) or that is situated within the boundary specified in that Schedule is excluded from the definition of retail shopping centre in section 4(1) of the Act. > > > (2) For the purposes of this clause, a retail shopping centre that fronts onto any part of the boundary specified in Schedule 2 includes a retail shopping centre built over water that is joined to any part of the Sydney Harbour waterfront that is part of the boundary.
