#### 125 Minister may require particulars concerning key employees 125 Minister may require particulars concerning key employees > > (1) The Minister may, by notice in writing served on a person (including a licensee or contractor), require the person to provide the Minister, within a reasonable time specified in the notice, with the following— > > > > > (a) the names of all persons who are key employees of the person, > > > > > (b) the positions held by, and the duties of, those employees, > > > > > (c) any other relevant particulars relating to those employees as are specified in the notice. > > > (2) A person who fails to comply with a requirement of a notice under this clause is guilty of an offence. > > > > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
