#### 113 Removal of authorised CMS 113 Removal of authorised CMS > > (1) A person (including a hotelier or registered club) must not, without the consent of the Minister, remove, or cause to be removed, an authorised CMS that has been installed in any hotel or on the premises of any registered club. > > > > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. > > > (2) Subclause (1) does not apply to— > > > > > (a) the CMS licensee who is operating the authorised CMS, or > > > > > (b) a person approved by the CMS licensee to remove the CMS.
