sec.59 Testing by commissioner— Act , ss 232 , 281 and 288
For sections 232 (2) (a) , 281 (2) (a) and 288 (2) (a) of the Act , a test carried out by the commissioner may include 1 or more of the following types of test— basic test; intermediate test; advanced test. s 59 amd 2009 SL No. 270 s 7; 2011 SL No. 199 s 18 ; 2012 SL No. 248 s 11 ; 2021 Act No. 7 s 72 sch 1
- (a) basic test;
- (b) intermediate test;
- (c) advanced test.
