sec.56 Fees
The fees payable under the Act are stated in section 56A and schedule 5 . A fee stated in schedule 5 , item 50, 52 or 53 may consist of, or include, an amount for part of an hour that is the equivalent of the relevant proportion of the hourly rate, stated in the schedule, worked out using 15-minute periods (wholly or partly completed). s 56 amd 2011 SL No. 199 s 15 ; 2012 SL No. 248 s 6 ; 2013 SL No. 122 s 3 sch; 2013 SL No. 212 s 9 (sec.56-ssec.1) The fees payable under the Act are stated in section 56A and schedule 5 .
