sec.35 Change to percentage return to players— Act , s 283
For section 283 (3) of the Act , the period prescribed is— the period of 1 month starting when the percentage return to players is last changed under section 283 (1) of the Act ; or a period less than 1 month approved in writing by the commissioner for a particular change to be made at a particular time to a particular game. s 35 amd 2012 SL No. 248 s 11
