sec.19 Requirements for identity card— Act , s 194
For section 194 (2) of the Act , an identity card must— state the name of the person to whom the card is given; and identify the person as a nominee of a licensee for premises under section 193 (3) or (4) of the Act ; and identify the premises; and be easily legible; and contain a copy of the person’s signature. s 19 sub 2012 SL No. 248 s 5
