sec.14 Installation of gaming equipment

A licensee must ensure gaming equipment installed on the licensee’s licensed premises is installed in a way that allows— cleaning and maintenance of the equipment; and unrestricted access to fire exits in a way that complies with the Fire Services Act 1990 and the Building Act 1975 ; and the use of things provided on the premises for safety and security. • (a) cleaning and maintenance of the equipment; and
• (b) unrestricted access to fire exits in a way that complies with the Fire Services Act 1990 and the Building Act 1975 ; and
• (c) the use of things provided on the premises for safety and security.
