sec.11A Prescribed information for register— Act , s 189A
For section 189A (5) (a) of the Act , the following information is prescribed about current responsible service of gambling course certificates held by persons carrying out gaming duties or gaming tasks on licensed premises— the name of each person at the licensed premises who holds a responsible service of gambling course certificate; the date each person commenced carrying out gaming duties or gaming tasks on the licensed premises; the date each person was issued a responsible gambling course certificate. s 11A ins 2010 SL No. 254 s 4
- (a) the name of each person at the licensed premises who holds a responsible service of gambling course certificate;
- (b) the date each person commenced carrying out gaming duties or gaming tasks on the licensed premises;
- (c) the date each person was issued a responsible gambling course certificate.
