sec.10I Application for approval— Act , s 109T
For section 109T (3) (c) (i) of the Act , the prescribed details of the transfer accompanying an application for an approval of a transfer of entitlements are— the period of the transfer; and the details of the consideration for the transfer. s 10I ins 2009 SL No. 270 s 6
