sec.10BA Amount to be paid into consolidated fund during particular period— Act , s 109E
This section applies for the period of 6 years starting on the commencement of this section. For section 109E (4) of the Act , the prescribed percentage is 15%. This section and section 10B (2) expire on the day that is 6 years after the day they commence. s 10BA ins 2022 Act No. 14 s 24 amd 2023 SL No. 74 s 3 ; 2024 SL No. 114 s 3 ; 2025 SL No. 62 s 3 exp 30 June 2028 (see s 10BA(3)) (sec.10BA-ssec.1) This section applies for the period of 6 years starting on the commencement of this section. (sec.10BA-ssec.2) For section 109E (4) of the Act , the prescribed percentage is 15%. (sec.10BA-ssec.3) This section and section 10B (2) expire on the day that is 6 years after the day they commence.
