sec.10B Amount to be paid into consolidated fund— Act , s 109E
For section 109E (4) of the Act , the prescribed percentage is 33%. This section is subject to section 10BA . s 10B ins 2003 SL No. 127 s 4 amd 2007 SL No. 52 s 3 ; 2013 SL No. 121 s 11 ; 2022 Act No. 14 s 23 (2) exp 30 June 2028 (see s 10BA(3)) (sec.10B-ssec.1) For section 109E (4) of the Act , the prescribed percentage is 33%.
