85 Disclosure if raffle proceeds to be paid to or for a political party For the purposes of section 8.2.5(1) of the Act, every ticket in the raffle to which that section applies must— (a) state that all or part of the proceeds of the raffle are to be paid to or for the purposes of a political party; and (b) name that political party.
