61 Prescribed condition—presence of entrants (1) For the purposes of section 5.7.2(1)(b) of the Act, it is a prescribed condition that a person who conducts a trade promotion lottery does not require an entrant in the lottery to be present at the drawing of the lottery in order to be eligible to win a prize unless— (a) entry to the lottery is only available in the premises in which the draw is to take place; and (b) the draw is to take place within 24 hours after the commencement of the lottery. (2) For the purposes of section 5.7.2(1)(b) of the Act, it is a prescribed condition that a person who conducts a trade promotion lottery pays or otherwise transfers the prize within 28 days after the draw to a winner who— (a) is present at the draw; and (b) is otherwise readily identifiable.
