58 Time in which appropriate controlling body must notify applicant of decision For the purposes of section 4.2.3C(3)(b) of the Act, the prescribed time in which the appropriate controlling body must notify an applicant in writing of its decision to grant or refuse publication and use approval is not more than 7 days after the day on which the decision is made.
