42E Cashless gaming terminals—maximum value (1) A venue operator must ensure that each cashless gaming terminal at the approved venue complies with subregulation (2). (2) For the purposes of subregulation (1), a cashless gaming terminal complies with this subregulation if it is not possible to use the cashless gaming terminal— (a) to obtain a non-cash gaming token with a value greater than $1000; or (b) to increase the value of a non-cash gaming token with the result that the non-cash gaming token has a value greater than $1000.
