28 Excluded signs—in gaming machine areas For the purposes of the definition of ***gaming machine related sign*** in section 3.5.35(5) of the Act, a sign is excluded from the operation of section 3.5.35 of the Act if— (a) the sign is located in the gaming machine area of an approved venue and is displayed to be viewed primarily from inside the gaming machine area; or (b) the sign is located inside the boundaries of a casino and is displayed to be viewed primarily from inside the boundaries of the casino.
