123 Training requirements for person commencing employment after 1 January 2017 (1) This regulation applies to a person who becomes a person to whom section 9A.1.18 of the Act applies after 1 January 2017. (2) For the purpose of section 9A.1.18(2) of the Act, the training requirements are that— (a) the person completes the first training module within one month of becoming a person to whom section 9A.1.18 of the Act applies; and (b) the person completes the second training module within 6 months of becoming a person to whom section 9A.1.18 of the Act applies.
