1Objectives

1 Objectives The objectives of these Regulations are— (a) to provide for matters relating to— (i) gaming machines; and (ii) wagering and betting; and (iii) trade promotion lotteries; and (iv) community and charitable gaming; and (b) to prescribe fees relating to gaming; and (c) to prescribe certain offences to be infringement offences; and (d) to prescribe infringement penalties in respect of those infringement offences; and (e) to provide for other matters that are authorised or required to be prescribed by the **Gambling Regulation Act 2003**.
