37 Vehicle transport delivered amount
(1) Where one or more functional units of a batch of hydrogen (the transported quantity) are transported in accordance with the vehicle delivery module, the amount of hydrogen that reaches the delivery gate is the amount measured: (a) at the closest practicable point to the delivery gate; and (b) in accordance with section 9. (2) The amount of hydrogen measured under subsection (1) does not include an amount of the transported quantity that is returned to the holder of the delivery profile or the holder of the production profile.
