24 Hydrogen batch size
(1) For the purpose of sub-paragraph 29(4)(d)(i) of the Act, the amount of hydrogen in a batch produced in accordance with a production pathway for hydrogen is the amount measured at the production gate for the product at the facility. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the amount of hydrogen in a batch must be monitored or measured in accordance with section 9.
