All that piece or parcel of land containing about 2 830 hectares situate in the Bellingen Shire Council Area, Parishes of Dingle, Never Never and Vautin, County of Raleigh, being the balance of Bellinger River State Forest No 651, dedicated by proclamation published in the Gazette of 9 August 1918, and Nos 4 and 5 Extensions thereto, dedicated by proclamations published in the Gazettes of 12 January 1951, and 22 December 1967, respectively.
