3 Revocation of status of certain lands as flora reserve
(1) The notices specified in Schedule 1, setting apart areas of State forest as flora reserves, are revoked but only to the extent to which they relate to flora reserves or parts of flora reserves situated within State forests whose dedication is revoked by this Act.
(2) Any other notice under section 25A of the Forestry Act 1916 that sets apart, as flora reserve, the whole or any portion of a State forest whose dedication is revoked by this Act is, to the extent to which the notice relates to flora reserve situated within such State forest, also revoked.
