In this part— amended , in relation to a section, means as in force from the commencement. amended Act means the Act as in force from the commencement. previous , in relation to a section, means as in force immediately before the commencement. previous Act means the Act as in force immediately before the commencement. repealed , in relation to a section, means as in force immediately before its repeal. s 46 ins 2019 No. 7 s 171
