sec.13 Rectification of register
Where the registrar is satisfied that there is an error or omission in the register or a failure to comply with this Act in respect of any approved form or acquisition, the registrar may do all things necessary to rectify the error, omission or failure. s 13 amd 2021 No. 12 s 148 sch 3
