70 Review of scheme by Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security
The Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security must: (a) begin a review of the operation, effectiveness and implications of the scheme by the third anniversary of the day this Act commences; and (b) report the Committee’s comments and recommendations to each House of the Parliament as soon as practicable after completing the review.
