#### 62 Simplified outline of this Part This Part deals with miscellaneous matters, including the treatment of persons who are not legal persons (such as partnerships) and other matters such as delegations, approvals and rule‑making powers. There is also a requirement for the Minister to report annually to the Parliament about the operation of the scheme, and for the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security to begin a review of the scheme within 3 years of the scheme commencing.
