#### 20 Registrable activities: parliamentary lobbying on behalf of foreign government An activity that a person undertakes on behalf of a foreign government is registrable in relation to the foreign government if: (a) the activity is parliamentary lobbying in Australia (whether or not the purpose is political or governmental influence); and (b) the person is not exempt under Division 4 in relation to the activity.
