6 Classes of fishing licence
For the purpose of these rules, a fishing licence is one of the following classes:
(a) class shellfish –
(i) fishing licence (clam – Georges Bay North); or
(ii) fishing licence (clam – Georges Bay South); or
(iii) fishing licence (cockle – Ansons Bay); or
(iv) fishing licence (native oyster – Georges Bay); or
(v) fishing licence (Pacific oyster);
(b) class commercial dive, fishing licence (commercial dive);
(c) class vessel, fishing licence (vessel).
