49 Transfer of shellfish to marine farm
A person who is the holder or purge supervisor of a fishing licence (class shellfish) must not sell or transfer shellfish of any kind to the holder of a marine farming licence whose licence is not endorsed for that kind of shellfish.
Penalty: Grade 2 penalty.
