29 Taking Pacific oysters for commercial purposes
A person must not, for commercial purposes, take Pacific oysters unless the person is –
(a) the holder of a fishing licence (Pacific oyster); or
(b) an assistant of the holder of a fishing licence (Pacific oyster).
Penalty: Grade 3 penalty.
