78M Fish not to be moved between vessels (1) The holder of a CLF licence must ensure a fish taken in the CLF Western Zone under the licence is not moved from the vessel from which it was taken to another vessel. (2) Subregulation (1) does not apply if the Director gives the holder written approval to move the fish to another vessel.
