49 Replacement licence or certificate Where a licence or certificate of vessel registration is lost or destroyed the licensee may apply to the Director on the approved form, accompanied by: (a) a signed statutory declaration declaring that the licence or certificate of vessel registration for which a replacement is sought has been lost or destroyed; and (b) the fee prescribed under regulation 206; for the issue of a replacement licence or another certificate of registration under the Act.
