43 Spear-gun (1) A person using any kind of underwater breathing apparatus must not have possession of a spear-gun. (2) A person must not have possession of a loaded spear-gun: (a) other than in the open sea; or (b) where the person is within 150 m of another person who is not part of his or her group.
