28A Sighting of noxious species A person who sees a fish or aquatic life that the person knows or suspects to be a noxious species must, as soon as practicable: (a) report the sighting to the Director; and Fisheries Regulations 1992 26 (b) provide any other information about the sighting required by the Director.
