223 Revocation of old licences and refund (1) All licences granted in relation to the Demersal Fishery and Finfish Trawl Fishery under the former regulations are revoked on the commencement date. (2) The Joint Authority must refund to each person who held a licence revoked under subregulation (1) the following portion of the fee paid for the renewal of the licence for the licensing year that commenced on 1 July 2011: (a) for a Demersal Fishery licence – $433.33; (b) for a Finfish Trawl Fishery licence – $881.25.
