215 Savings – licensing year
The period from 1 July 2006 to 31 December 2006 is taken to be a
licensing year for a licensee holding a Pearl Oyster Fishery licence
for these Regulations.

commencement date means 1 February 2011.
immediately before the commencement date.
restricted licence means a licence granted under
regulation 141D(2) of the former regulations.
unrestricted licence means a licence granted under
regulation 141F(1) of the former regulations.
