208Barramundi levy

208 Barramundi levy (1) In this regulation, unit of net means a length of 100 m of gillnetting, measured along so much of the headrope as has gill net attached to it. (2) A Barramundi Fishery licensee must pay a levy of $100 on each unit of net endorsed on a Barramundi Fishery licence each time the licence or endorsement is renewed until the Minister declares, by Gazette notice, that 50% of the original cost of the buy-back scheme has been met. (3) The levy referred to in subregulation (2) is in addition to any fees or levies otherwise payable under the Act or these Regulations.
