204 Places where net may be kept
The holder of a Net licence shall not have possession of net or net
material under the licence except:
(a) at approved premises; or
(b) in a vehicle or vessel transporting them by the most direct
route practicable to or from persons who may lawfully possess
them or to other approved premises.
