193 Criteria for grant or renewal an application for the grant or renewal of a Fishing Tour Operator licence include whether: (a) the applicant has attained the age of 18 years; and (b) the applicant has all approvals required under this or any other Act of the Territory to conduct fishing tour operations; and (c) where the applicant has previously been granted a licence under the Act, the applicant has supplied to the Director accounts and records in the approved manner and form within the time prescribed or specified by the Director.
