182 Criteria for grant or renewal an application for the grant or renewal of a licence in respect of this Part include: (a) whether the applicant has all approvals required under any other Act of the Territory to operate the licence; (b) where an applicant has previously held a licence under this within the time specified by the Director; and (c) any other criteria set out in these Regulations in respect of the licence type for which application for grant or renewal is made.
