158 Purchase of fish
A Fish Broker licensee must not purchase fish or aquatic life for
resale except:
the Commonwealth, a State or another Territory; or
Fisheries Regulations 1992 143
landing point of the fish or aquatic life, under a permit granted
under the Act; or
(e) from an interstate or overseas purchaser.
