155 Purchase of fish
A Fish Retailer licensee must not purchase fish or aquatic life for
resale except:
Fisheries Regulations 1992 142
the Commonwealth or a State or another Territory; or
landing point of the fish or aquatic life, under a permit granted
under the Act; or
