152 Export of food If the place in respect of which a Fish Trader/Processor licence is granted is permitted, licensed, registered, or otherwise certified under an Act of the Commonwealth as approved premises for the production of food for export, the terms of that Act shall, in relation to standards of health and hygiene on those premises, apply to the exclusion of the Fisheries Act 1988, these Regulations or an instrument of a legislative or administrative character made under the Fisheries Act 1988, but shall not prevent the entry onto that place of officers appointed under the Fisheries Act 1988.
