148 Labelling of fish from aquaculture facility The holder of a licence for the purposes of this Part must ensure that all fish for sale which the licensee purchases for sale from an aquaculture facility have attached to them or are accompanied by a statement indicating: (a) the number of the licence under which the fish were bred or held; and (b) that the fish is the product of an aquaculture facility situated in the Northern Territory; and (c) such other information as required by the Director; and must not sell such fish, other than fish forming part of a meal or such fish sold for use as bait, unless the fish is labelled in accordance with this regulation.
