14 Impeding passage of fish or aquatic life A person who constructs a dam or any other structure which may impede the natural movement of fish or aquatic life downstream or upstream shall, where directed to do so by the Director, provide a device or a facility to permit the passage of fish or aquatic life through, over, under or around the dam or structure.
