139 Director may grant licence The Director may grant a Development Fishery licence to permit: (a) the carrying out of trials or experiments with fishing gear or new methods of using fishing gear; and (b) the taking of a specific species of fish or aquatic life for sale; and (c) the taking, for sale, of fish or aquatic life from specific areas.
